5 therapist mistakes to avoid
Nobody likes making mistakes, in private life or at work. They nonetheless remain essential to any learning.
When we practise a profession of human relationship, we can carry a heavy sense of guilt about the consequences our mistakes may have, since they directly affect the people we support.
Mistakes — believe me, I have made many… and I have learned.
I have also drawn on the accounts of experienced practitioners in my field, to learn from theirs.
