President and founder of the Institut de Formation Systémique Montpellier Bruxelles (IFSMB), Bernard Filleul has devoted his life to the study of human interactions within family, institutional and social systems. His career is marked by an unwavering passion for helping individuals evolve and flourish within their relationships.
Systemic therapy, as practised by Bernard Filleul, stands out for its holistic approach, which considers each individual as an integral part of a larger system. This perspective makes it possible to explore relational dynamics and to understand how they influence behaviours and emotions. During our interview, Bernard began to speak about his triptych model of therapy, the one he teaches to all his students, in the training institute he created and beyond.
