What if our symptoms had a function?

We sometimes tend to see symptoms as individual problems, to be treated as such with plenty of medication, prescriptions and various therapies.

What if I told you they can turn out to be adaptations to particular contexts? That they can actually serve a genuine balancing function?

I share this possible vision of symptoms, through the prism of the systemic approach, in the episode — in French — below.
