Narrative therapies

Developed in Australia in the 1980s, narrative therapies took years to reach France. Now that they are present there, they are growing considerably.

But what exactly do they cover? Born of social constructionism, they offer a singular way of conceiving therapy, which raises several questions:

  • What are these theories, and what foundation do they rest on?
  • What is a narrative therapy, and what is its aim?
  • What stance does the narrative therapist adopt?

All these questions are answered in the episode — in French — below.
