Contextual therapy embodied: an interview with Stéphanie Haxhe
A new episode of the Confidences de thérapeute podcast, with a fascinating guest: Stéphanie Haxhe. She shares here a clinical outlook rooted in fieldwork, in which theoretical precision is never separated from the humanity of the encounter.
A doctor in clinical psychology, Stéphanie Haxhe is a family and couple therapist, a trainer and a supervisor in the contextual approach. She works as a family therapist at the Verviers Mental Health Service, teaches at l’Ardoise Pivotante, a training centre in Liège, and lectures at the University of Liège.
She is also the author of several reference works:

- Frères et sœurs, des liens à soigner (Brothers and sisters, bonds to be cared for)
Two titles that say a great deal about where she works from: the loyalties that circulate within a family, the places each member ends up occupying, and what it sometimes costs a child to hold their own.
