A survival kit to discover psychology
When you start taking an interest in a field of study as vast and developed as psychology, you can quickly feel lost in the maze of theories, concepts, approaches and currents that make it up.
You start reading something that sends you to something else; you wonder where and with what to begin, what the basics are — and you can get as many different answers as there are people you ask!
