Floating objects in systemic therapy: the family coat of arms

Do you know the floating objects? These tools developed for therapy serve as an opening for elaboration, using a playful, metaphorical support. Among them: the family coat of arms.

The coat of arms invites the couple or family to draw its “armorial bearings”: a shared motto, a figure or landmark event from the past, an emblematic object, the alliances and resources of the present, and the projects that shape the future.
